YOUR INFORMATION
Privacy notice
Last updated October 18, 2026
This notice describes the current VJK Financial website preview. It covers information entered into the website, technical information associated with visits and services supplied by other providers.
At a glance
- Calculator entries are processed in your browser and are not submitted to VJK Financial.
- The inquiry form and booking calendar are demonstrations, not connected submission services.
- Hosting, market widgets and externally loaded fonts involve requests to third-party providers.
Calculator entries
The planning tools calculate results on your device. The website code does not send the amounts you enter or calculated results to VJK Financial, store them in a website database or save them in local browser storage. Your browser may retain page state when you navigate back or restore a tab. Close the page when using a shared device.
Inquiry and booking demonstrations
Names, email addresses and other answers typed into the demo inquiry and booking pages are used in the page to display a review or sample confirmation. Clicking a demo submission does not deliver those answers to VJK Financial or reserve an appointment. Do not enter account numbers, identification details, medical information or confidential financial records.
If you choose the inquiry form’s email-draft option, your answers are placed into an email draft in your email application. Nothing is sent until you send that message. Your email provider then handles the message under its own practices. The copy option places your prepared inquiry onto your device’s clipboard.
Starting-point questions
The short introduction questionnaire passes selected answers to the inquiry page in the URL fragment, after the # symbol, so the form can be filled in for you. The form reads and removes that fragment from its displayed address. URL fragments are not included in the normal HTTP request, but may be visible to browser extensions, browser history features or anyone you share the full address with. Keep these answers general.
Hosting and technical information
The published preview is hosted through Cloudflare. Delivering and protecting a website involves processing technical information such as an IP address, browser information, requested page and request time. The website’s own scripts do not include a separate visitor analytics or advertising tracker. Hosting and third-party services have their own processing and retention practices. Read Cloudflare’s privacy policy.
Market data and fonts
Pages with the market ticker load a TradingView widget. Loading it sends requests to TradingView and related delivery services, which may receive technical information about your visit. TradingView describes automatic collection associated with embedded widgets in its privacy policy. See also its cookies policy.
Some fonts are loaded from Google Fonts. Your browser contacts Google’s font servers to display them. See Google Fonts’ privacy information. These providers may process information outside Canada. Their infrastructure, safeguards and retention periods are governed by their respective arrangements and policies.
Cookies and browser storage
The custom website code does not set its own cookies or use localStorage or sessionStorage to keep your form or calculator entries. This does not mean that hosting services or embedded third-party content never use cookies or other browser technologies. You can manage cookies through your browser settings or use browser controls to block third-party content; doing so may stop features such as the market ticker from loading.
Contacting Vijai directly
If you call, text or email Vijai, the information you choose to share is transmitted through the relevant phone, messaging or email provider. This notice does not describe a connected client portal or document-upload service. Ask Vijai for a suitable way to share confidential documents rather than sending them through a general website inquiry.
Working with your other advisers
Before exchanging your information with an accountant, lawyer or another professional for planning coordination, Vijai will confirm your authorisation and the purpose of the exchange. Share only the information relevant to the agreed work. Each professional remains responsible for their own services and privacy arrangements.
Safer communication
Agree on suitable contact and document-sharing methods before sending confidential records. Do not send passwords, security answers, one-time codes or unencrypted identification documents through ordinary email or text. Unusual or sensitive instructions may need confirmation through a second agreed channel. Confirm time-sensitive messages directly.
Client records and consent
Entering into an advisory engagement involves separate privacy information, consent and recordkeeping requirements. Request the applicable adviser, dealer and insurance privacy notices before providing client records. Those documents should explain who holds your records, why information is needed, authorised recipients, retention, access and correction requests, and any limits on withdrawing consent. The website demonstration is not a client-record system.
External links
When you follow an external link, the destination website has its own privacy practices. Review its privacy information before supplying personal details.
Questions and requests
For questions about this preview or information you have sent directly to Vijai, contact vijai@vjkfinancial.com or 613-852-4822. Describe your request without including sensitive identification or account information. Requests concerning records held by third-party providers may need to be addressed to those providers.
