A GOOD CONVERSATION STARTS HERE

Questions are
always welcome.

Clear explanations for your planning questions, from your picture of abundance to the practical next steps.

01 / FIRST STEPS

Getting started

What do you mean by abundance?+

Your own picture of a fulfilling life: the people, experiences, comfort and freedom that matter to you. Those priorities help give your financial plan direction.

Do I need to know about investing or insurance before we meet?+

No. Start with your life, priorities and whatever feels unclear. Vijai will explain the relevant ideas in plain language. You can ask him to slow down, explain something differently or go over it again.

Who do you work with?+

VJK Financial works with physicians, incorporated professionals, business owners and families. The first conversation helps establish whether your priorities fit the services available. Vijai is based in Fredericton, New Brunswick. Please ask about service availability in your province.

What should I prepare?+

Start with your picture of abundance, your priorities and any upcoming decision or deadline. We will identify the relevant documents after discussing the scope.

Should I book a meeting or fill out the form?+

Choose Book a Meeting if you want to select a time. Choose Tell Us What Matters if you would rather explain your situation and priorities first. The current calendar and submission confirmations are demos: no enquiry is automatically delivered and no appointment is reserved.

What happens during the first conversation?+

You share what matters to you and the questions bringing you here. Vijai explains the planning process and discusses whether working together may be a good fit. If you decide to explore an engagement, you discuss scope, information needed and applicable compensation before proceeding.

02 / THE RELATIONSHIP

Working together

How often will we review the plan?+

The review rhythm is agreed for your engagement. Material personal, business or financial changes may create a reason to revisit priorities sooner.

What if my priorities change?+

Let us know. Family, health, career and business changes can affect the decisions in your plan. We consider their implications within your engagement and identify any further work needed.

How will you keep me informed?+

We agree on communication and review arrangements for your engagement. During implementation, we explain the next action, who is responsible and what is needed from you. Email, call or text Vijai to raise a question or arrange a meeting; do not send sensitive records through ordinary messages.

Can I ask questions between reviews?+

Yes. If something is unclear or your circumstances change, get in touch rather than waiting for a review. Meetings are by appointment. Response and update timing are discussed for the work involved; this website does not promise a specific turnaround.

What if I’m unsure about a recommendation?+

Tell Vijai. You can revisit its purpose, alternatives, costs and risks, and how it fits with the rest of your financial life. Your questions are part of the process. Implementation follows the relevant review, documentation and your instructions.

Will I need to move all my accounts?+

We begin by understanding your situation. Proposed account or policy changes are discussed and proceed only after the relevant review, documentation and your instructions.

What happens after we agree on a plan?+

We document the direction, identify responsibilities and coordinate agreed actions through the relevant firms and professionals. Review arrangements are agreed for the engagement and revisited as your life changes.

03 / CONNECTED ADVICE

Planning & professional roles

How does tax efficiency fit into the plan?+

We consider tax questions alongside your investments, insurance, retirement and corporate decisions. Your accountant provides tax advice, while we coordinate the relevant planning questions and financial choices.

How do personal and corporate finances fit together?+

Household needs, business obligations, retained capital, protection and retirement often affect one another. We look at those connections together. Company structures, tax treatment and legal questions are coordinated with your appropriately qualified professionals.

How do insurance and investments work together?+

Investments help fund future goals, while insurance can address financial risks to your family, income or business. Considering them together helps make protection needs, affordability and access to money clearer.

Can you work with my accountant or lawyer?+

Yes, within the agreed scope and with your authorisation. Each professional remains responsible for their own advice and work.

Do you provide tax or legal opinions?+

Legal, accounting and tax opinions come from appropriately qualified professionals. VJK Financial identifies planning questions and coordinates the relevant follow-up.

Are projected results guaranteed?+

No. Projections depend on stated assumptions and may change. Investments carry risk, and insurance benefits depend on the contract. Product guarantees are identified separately where applicable.

04 / PRACTICAL DETAILS

Costs & privacy

How are fees and compensation explained?+

Applicable planning fees, investment charges, insurance compensation and material conflicts are explained through the engagement and required disclosure documents before you proceed.

What should I avoid sharing through the website?+

Keep enquiries general. Don’t enter account or policy numbers, passwords, identity documents, medical information or detailed financial records. Ask Vijai about an agreed secure process when private records are needed.

Does the enquiry form save or send my information?+

In this demo, your answers stay in the page and are not delivered or stored by the website. You can review a mock confirmation, or choose to open a real email draft and send it yourself. The calendar also uses sample availability and does not create appointments.

STILL WONDERING?

No question is too basic.

You don’t have to work it out alone. Share what’s on your mind.
